		<description>The largest health challenge we face isn&#039;t so much the availability of good food, as much as it&#039;s the inability of the general public to distinguish what is healthy and what is not. That ability to determine &quot;good&quot; food is continually clouded by those companies whose business it is to continue to build profits regardless of the impact on human health. Deceptive labeling, an uneducated public, and constant bombardment from ads promoting these foods makes the challenge even greater.

These companies really have no incentive to truly produce healthy food. The incentive is to make people &lt;b&gt;believe&lt;/b&gt; they are eating more healthy while still using the same cheap fillers, chemicals, etc., to manufacture the product.</description>
