  1. 200 grams carrot
  2. 2 tablespoons oil
  3. ½ teaspoon pepper
  4. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  5. 1 cup bread crumbs
  6. 3 teaspoons mayonnaise
  7. 2 teaspoons tomato sauce
  8. 3 tablespoons of grated cheese
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for frying


  1. Peel the skin of the carrot and dice into round slices of medium thickness
  2. Take a bowl and add oil, pepper, lemon juice, salt and add the carrot slices to it. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Take each carrot slice and roll it in the bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown
  4. Add mayonnaise, tomato sauce and grated cheese to the fried carrots and microwave until the cheese melts.
  5. Garnish with oregano and chili flakes if desired, serve hot.



  1. 200 grams spinach
  2. 100 grams baked corn
  3. 1 onion
  4. Fresh cream
  5. 2 teaspoons butter
  6. Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add 2 teaspoons of butter in a wok, and add chopped spinach and onions into it and sauté for 5 minutes
  2. After it cools, add the baked corn to it and churn it in a grinder to make a smooth paste
  3. Add the paste to 1 cup of water and allow it to boil for 5 minutes
  4. Add salt and pepper for taste
  5. Garnish with fresh cream, serve hot.

  5. 8 to 10 basil leaves
  6. 2 teaspoons olive oil
  7. 3 teaspoons mayonnaise
  8. Salt and pepper


  1. Take a bowl and add finely chopped mint leaves, basil leaves, olive oil, mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and pepper
  2. Add pineapple and kiwi cubes to it and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes
